Whether visiting for business, medical tourism or holidays, the hotel is the perfect location to fulfill all your needs. Located within a walking distance from the commercial and financial district of the Downtown Area, close to the city’s major hospitals and clinics such as AUBMC, CMC, Najjar and Trad and all shopping stores, restaurants, night clubs, and kids attraction such as the famous “kidzmundo”.

Main areas such as Hamra, Gemayzeh or Hamra are all located within 10 minutes from the Hotel.

Ramada By Wyndham Downtown Beirut has the following rules:

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older with valid identification to reserve and check into a room. The hotel reserves the right to refuse the check in of a guest below 18 years old unless accompanied by an adult.

Check in Policy

All guests must present their valid passport with the entry visa from the General Security. The hotel reserves the right to refuse the check in of guest if the mentioned are not presented to the Front Desk. Driving License or/and ID are not accepted.

Only Lebanese citizen are allowed to check in with a valid ID or Driving License

Check-in – Checkout Hours

Check-in time: 2:00 pm

Checkout time: 12:00 noon

Early Check-in, Late Checkout Policy and Early Checkout

Early arrival before 2:00 pm or a late departure beyond 12:00 noon will be charged at 50% of the daily room rate. Early arrival before 8:00 am or late departure after 6:00 pm will be charged at 100% of the daily room rate. Early checkout before departure date will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.

Deposit and Refund

Any deposit or payment during check in or at check-out made in foreign currency will be refunded only in local currency: Lebanese Pound. The Hotel reserves the right not to refund any deposit or payment in foreign currency

Smoking Policy

Smoking rooms are available. Smoking is prohibited in public areas.

Serving Alcohol

Guests must be 18 years or older with valid identification to drink alcohol. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to serve alcohol for any guests under 18 years old.

Pets

Pets are not permitted.

Damages

The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage to the hotel’s property or guestrooms. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, the hotel reserves the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card provided in the mail order.

Visiting Guest Procedure

As we consider guest comfort and safety as our highest priority, the hotel will not allow visiting hotel guests in their guestrooms without prior notice and hotel guests’ approval.

Noise Policy

Noise levels must remain at reasonable levels so as not to disturb other guests. The usage of any amplified sound system that has not been approved by the hotel management is strictly prohibited.

Children Policy

• One child till 12 years old may stay at no additional fee using existing bedding provided in the room.
• One child under 2 years old may stay at no additional fee in a child’s cot/crib.

Extra bed / Cribs

• Low season: Extra bed is charged USD 30 per night / per person for children older than 12 years old and adults.
• High season: Extra bed is charged USD 50 per night / per person for children older than 12 years old and adults.

The maximum number of extra beds/children cots / cribs in a guestroom is 1.

Parking

Parking is available but not accessible to guest directly. Guests who wishes to park their car with the Hotel will be charged a fee of USD15 per day.
